The restoration project for the second floor of the original Randall Building did not include funds for purchasing of new furnishings. This table and two book cases were purchased in part with funds donated to the Second Century Fund by a library patron. Although donations to the Second Century Fund generally go to the purchase of library materials, the fund also accepts donations that are specifically targeted for other uses such as the purchase of this furniture.
